46. Yakki Divioshi - “Back 2 Back”

I have no idea how this track never blew up. It has all the hallmarks of modern Hip-Pop, and is way better than a lot of the stuff that propels artists into stardom nowadays (yes, I’m looking at you, Lil Pump ). I mean, the chorus alone has the lasting power to get stuck in your head for days. However, the entire track is worth a listen with its deft, fast-paced, and R&B influenced flow. It’s enough to make me want to become a DJ, solely so that I can mix this track into my set. It deserves recognition. The people need to vibe to it, and since I’m no DJ, I figure the finite reach of this post will sadly have to do. Keep doing your thing, Yakki.
