TOP 100 TRACKS OF 2012

PART V: #20-1

20. “Will She Remember Me?” - ABADABAD

ABADABAD is composed of Jeremy Lee Given, plus some other dudes, and they make some pretty great sunny, glo-fi, self-proclaimed bro-fi jams. If sunlight could be personified, and then form a band, this is the type of music it would make. There’s just something so warm and right about the reverbed-out fuzziness. I imagine this is what the process of evaporation must feel like. I can just see myself turning into a vapor, and beginning my pleasantly warm, virtually weightless ascension up into the lower atmosphere, leaving behind all my worries and cares. I envy you Ricky the Raindrop. The driving, punctuated percussion and keys narrate my rise to the heavens, as I slowly climb higher and higher, returning once again to try and find my love in the majestic, cloudy confines of water vapor in the sky. Until I’m once again sentenced by gravity to the mundane, dreary existence of life here on earth. Will I be able find my long lost love before I precipitate? Will she even remember me at all?

19. “Hand” - Tearjerker

If you don’t know of Tearjerker, allow me to introduce you to them. Tearjerker, this is reader. Reader, this is Tearjerker. [Shake hands] Tearjerker is brilliant. They craft straight-up chill, shoegaze and glo-fi, that will permeate your soul with the warmth of 10,000 musical cherubs. Reader reads tumblrs on the Internet for fun, and I’m sure they’re probably a very interesting person in real life. Alright, now you guys are acquainted, and know a bit about each other. Before you know it, you guys will be sending nudes back and forth, and going steady. Anyway, Tearjerker released their Hiding EP in 2012, only the second release they’ve ever graced the world with, but let me assure you, what they lack in quantity, they make up for in quality. This whole EP got my gonads going in a profound way, if you know what I mean. And if you don’t know what I mean, well then you need to go listen to the EP right now, and let it shiver your timbers brah. Seriously, each individual song is amazing, and lovely in its own right, but when they’re combined, and they all flow seamlessly into one another, it creates a musical masterpiece that would surely make the gods weep tears of joy from its sheer beauty. So go listen to the whole EP here, like right now. This is not a drill.

18. “Disappear Always” - Wild Nothing

Ahhhhh, another song that puts the chill in chillwave. Wild Nothing is great at making songs that just encourage relaxation by the mere nature of their sound. The calm percussion, the pleasant vocals, and the sway-inducing rhythm guitar, intertwined with the playfully chill, yet jam-worthy lead guitar. It all just combines perfectly, in a way that promotes mental and physical relaxation. I can easily see myself getting lost in this song while driving along the coast, probably because my mind has gotten lost in this song while driving along the coast. The windows down, the sun setting in the background, the last rays of orange light reflecting of the crashing gray waves, and my mind off in its happy place. Luckily, the body is remarkably good at driving off of instinct, when the mind chooses to be elsewhere. Because before I know it, the three and half minutes are up, and I’m back to reality. Wondering where I just was, while wishing I could find my way back.

17. “Strictly Business (Part 1 & 2)” - Action Bronson

Action Bronson’s just doing more of what he does best, spittin’ raw verses over a smooth Statik Selektah beat. This track is just pure Hip-Hop, as Bronson flexes his tough guy teddy bear swagger, while flowing perfectly through the drum-driven, sample-laden, key infused instrumental. I love it, cause Bronson is an emcee who actually sounds like he’s having a lot of fun as he raps. He’s not taking himself too seriously, he’s just being himself, doing what he loves, and enjoying every minute of it. The guy just oozes talent. He makes creating a song like this, that’s full of brilliant verses, sound like it comes so easy and natural to him. So kudos to you brah, here’s to hoping he keeps dropping gems like this for years to come.

16. “Don’t Clap On The One And The Three” - Bay Blue

Matt Chang is a producer from the bay area (hence the name), and a member of the renowned underground Hip-Hop label Anticon. This past year he released his debut album as Bay Blue (he was formerly known as Matth), a LP that’s heavy on the Jazz vibes, while still maintaining the qualities of Hip-Hop instrumentals. I love me some Jazz, and I love me some Hip-Hop, so its like a double win. The whole album is sample-based, meaning none of the sounds are original, but through his ingenuity he’s able to combine the sounds into something that’s incredibly original. Creating an entirely sample-based jazz album is sort of an absurd undertaking, yet somehow he’s able to pull off this playfully jazzy, Big Band, Blues, Hip-Hop hodgepodge. The record is a fusion of sounds, yet while definitely holding onto its Hip-Hop tendencies, it doesn’t do so at the expense of the Jazz. The Jazz is able to flow freely throughout the album. It’s sort of amazing when you think of it. He was painstakingly able to sample a variety of instruments from different records, in order to create a cohesive album of sounds, that when mixed together sound like they could easily be performed by a live band. The time, effort, and ear for samples and sounds that must have gone into this LP is mind boggling. Whenever this song comes on, and I’m alone in my apartment, I just find myself dancing around like that old guy in the “Aristocats”, I can’t help it, and I don’t want to help it.

15. “Mr. Stellakis” - Theo Bass

I don’t know anything about this dude, in fact, I don’t even know if he’s a dude. However, seeing that his name is Theo Bass, and assuming that the vocals in this song are actually original and not sampled, I’m gonna guess that it is a dude. Basically, the only information I do know for sure, is that he’s from Oxford, Britain, and you gotta love those Brits. He makes sort of downtempo, chill-soaked, Future Garage tunes. For those of you who don’t know what Future Garage is, its not a garage for your spaceship, or some other Jetsons shit. Its sort of the UK’s response to America jumping on the Dubstep bandwagon and turning the genre into complete garbage. You see, long before every American douchebag who has a fohawk, and access to a computer, thought he could be a producer/dj, and before “artists” like Skrillex figured out you could make bass wobble, Europe and the UK were gettin’ down to legitimate, artistic Dubstep. Then America, like we do with everything, jumped on the bandwagon, raped and pillaged the genre, and bled it out for all its worth. All American “artists” were worried about, was capitalizing on the trend, and making as much money as they could off of the regurgitated Dubstep wobble sound, never mind the fact that there’s actually an art form behind it, and that in disregarding that art form, they effectively killed the genre. Anyway, the UK saw what was happening, lowered its head in disbelief and slowly shook it in remorse, Dubstep would never be the same. So instead of resurrecting a dead genre, they did what real artists do, and created a new one from a variety of influences, and named it Future Garage. Future Garage takes elements from all sorts of electronic sub-genres, like UK Garage, Dubstep, and Trip Hop. However, what really sets it apart from everything else is its rhythmic patterns, or better yet, its lack thereof. Everything is just sort of out there, in a very non-traditional fashion. The rhythm of all Future Garage songs is so off-kilter, and there’s so much going on, good luck trying to keep up with the beat. Yet somehow, it all blends together perfectly, to create a refreshing breathe of fresh air, and a grooving track to vibe out to. This is called art. A song that only has a wobble bass that drops after a predictable build up is not.

14. “No Waves” - FIDLAR

FIDLAR is another homegrown band from Los Angeles, California, that just makes uninhibited, unabashed, raw, lo-fi, rock jams. They don’t ruin the music’s magic and waste their time, by overly complicating it, painstakingly polishing it up, or rigorously constructing it. Instead they just let the unadulterated tunes flow out of them, in short melodic bursts of raw energy, chaos, and fun. We need more bands like FIDLAR. Bands that make you want to get drunk, and then run headlong into the breaking waves at the beach, trying to beat the shit out of them. The waves usually always win, twirling you in the foaming white wash, but at least you teach Poseidon a lesson in the process. We humans are not to be trifled with.

13. “Grown Up” - Danny Brown

Harnessing the vibes of a Tribe Called Quest, Danny Brown’s created a chilled-out, laid-back, scratch-filled track of dopeness. The song’s basically just unashamed braggadocio, where Brown is just reveling at the fact that he went from this little knucklehead, to the self-proclaimed greatest. That claims a bit of a stretch, but there’s no denying that this track is pretty flawless. Brown’s smooth flow and unique voice, over the relaxed, old-school beat, makes this track the perfect jam to just vibe out to. So bust out your slowed-down Harlem shake, and get down to this one.

12. “Why Won’t They Talk to Me” - Tame Impala

Tame Impala is back to bless our ears with their psychedelic goodness yet again. This track is just more of what the Australian rockers do best. Crafting textured, layered soundscapes full of reverbed-out vocals and lovely harmonies. Since their most recent LP is called “Lonerism”, I can just see this song being formed in lead singer Kevin Parker’s head as he’s alone in his room, and functioning as the soundtrack while his imagination provides an escape from the mundane loneliness of life. Its almost like some sort of self-reflective meditation, a daydream, or a trance, where he’s soaring through his own thoughts and mind, sifting through, and exploring the depths of his subconscious. The laws of physics don’t matter in this dreamlike state, the opinions of others don’t matter, nothing but happiness really matters. After all, this is his own world, and he can fly, run or swim through whatever landscape he can imagine. Yet somehow, the opinions of others keep creeping in, and occupying his thoughts, accentuating his feelings of self-doubt and inadequacy. Showing that no matter how hard he tries to distract himself, and fly away from, hide from, or flee from his own troubles within the depths of his subconscious dream world, ultimately he’ll have no choice but to face reality. Reality is the entity that keeps hounding him, stalking him, and chasing him through every avenue of metaphysical escape. And whether he likes it or not, the seven billion people of the world are waiting for him in that reality.

11. “Subway Girl” - Audacity

Audacity is truly a local band for me. Several of the guys went to my high school, and the rest went to the high school about a mile down the street. I remember them playing a bunch of local battle of the bands growing up, so its pretty surreal and awesome to see them gaining success in the music world, by just doing what they love. They have the unique ability to make even the most gloomy and overcast day seem sunny and bright, with their action-packed, fun-filled, glo-fi, pop-punk gems. Juan Ponce de León would probably be their biggest fan if he was still alive, because their songs are literally like taking a gulp out of the Fountain of Youth. No matter how old you are, their songs will take you back to your younger years (or if you’re already young, they’ll inspire you not to waste it), when you truly felt alive in every sense of the word. You weren’t worrying about the distant troubles that the future may bring, you were just enjoying life, living carefree and having a blast in the present. So let this song course through your body, and then get your ass outside and do something free of all inhibitions.

10. “Lady of the Year” - ∂eƒ Sound

∂eƒ Sound is another local artist from sunny Los Angeles, and it literally shines through on this tune. The whole song sounds like he’s just high, and pedaling lazily down the boardwalk on a sunny afternoon, rapping poetically about his life and his love. The young emcee started out as a poet, and eventually due to his love of music, he decided to start rapping over melancholy beats. I’m sure glad he made that decision, because this song is straight-up lovely. He’s just spittin’ rhymes about a particular girl, its not degrading, chauvinistic, or overly emotional. Instead, he strikes the perfect balance. Creating an honest, heartfelt, chill song, that truly shows him just putting the pen to paper, and letting his feelings towards this particular lady pour out.

9. “Only You” - Mac DeMarco

Mac DeMarco is back yet again, except this time instead of singing an ode to his favourite stoges, he’s singing a love song to an actual female, or more appropriately, the absence of that female. Whenever I hear this song, I just imagine Mac (and whenever I hear the name Mac, I can’t help but momentarily think about this Mac) sitting alone and disheveled in a dimly lit room with his guitar. The curtains are drawn to block out the sun and the outside world, but occasional rays of sunlight still sneak through to reflect off of the beer bottles that litter the coffee table. The hazy aftermath of burnt herb lingers in the air, and the ashtray is full of roaches and crumpled cigarettes. Post-breakup depression is in full effect. Yet here he is, still trying to pick himself up out of the emotional mire, and become a productive member of society once again, instead of a heartbroken recluse. But that’s easier said than done. He’s lost a love, that he never planned on losing in the first place. No matter how hard he tries, he can’t seem to escape the black cloud that’s following him around, and the plague of self-pity that’s settled into every part of his mind and body. The accompanying chilled-out, reverb-laden music, fits the mood of the song perfectly, making it a groovin’ tune to vibe out to, despite the depressing  circumstances of the song. The mind is trying to will the heart to move on, but the heart is a stubborn little bastard. So here’s to heartless wenches, and the substances that help us forget them.

8. “Run and Hide (Feat. Jay Electronica)” - The Bullitts

The Bullitts is Jeymes Samuel, an English producer, singer, songwriter, and filmmaker. The guy is a true artistic Renaissance man, who crafts eclectic, unique, soulful masterpieces. On this track he’s teamed up with Jay Electronica. Jay is hands down one of my all-time favourite emcees. Yet sadly, the dude seems to be dead set on trolling the world. The guy is extremely enigmatic. He’ll release a song or two, and then disappear from the face of the earth for months at a time, like he’s part of the CIA or something. I mean, I probably first stumbled across his intelligent, creative, thought-provoking lyricism over three years ago, and the guy still hasn’t released an album. Way back then he was working on releasing one, and every year since then the album’s release date has gotten pushed farther and farther back. So here’s to hoping 2013 is finally the year. I’ve probably never anticipated an album more than this. When this LP does finally drop, I’m expecting a musical masterpiece, a collection of immaculate sounds that will change my whole perception of Hip-Hop (its not like I’ve gotten my hopes up or anything). When I saw earlier this year that Jay was working with The Bullitts, I was beyond stoked, because at least I was getting to hear something with Mr. Electronica’s name attached to it in 2012. His verse is great as always, its not his best flow, but its still him spittin’ poetically in a way that no other emcee today does. So when you have his lyricism in tandem with The Bullitts soulful hooks, it’s definitely a beautiful musical force to be reckoned with.

7. “The Fall” - Rhye

If Mac DeMarco was singing about the heartbroken aftermath of a love that was lost, Rhye is singing about something that’s even worse, standing on the edge of the abyss of heartbreak. Anybody who’s ever witnessed the fiery passion, and closeness of a relationship turn into a cold and detached partnership, knows what I’m talking about. The two-way street turns into a one-sided effort, as you desperately grasp to hold onto a love that’s slowly slipping through your fingers. You’re trying everything to prevent its imminent demise, but its hard to fix something when you don’t know what’s wrong. Its the painful, prolonged, masochistic process of watching a relationship die, but neither side is willing to deal the final blow to it. It would be better to get it done quickly, kill whats left in one fell swoop, but instead the pain drags on, the ever present feeling of doom and heartbreak lingers in the air, twisting your stomach and paining your chest. The melancholy, piano driven melody sets the mood perfectly, as the emotional, almost whispered lyrics plea for her to stay, but he already knows she’s gone, she’s been gone for awhile, and there’s nothing he can say or do to change that. Despite all of his efforts, the abyss is opening up under his feet, and hes falling through.

6. “About You” - XXYYXX

XXYYXX is a 17 year old kid from Orlando, Florida, yes, you heard me right, 17 years old. I don’t know about you guys, but I feel like kids these days are getting way smarter and more talented (and this is coming from a 22 year old). I just feel like there’s no way I, or anybody I knew my age, could have constructed a beautiful song like this at 17. Of course, I’m only talking about a certain kind of kid, those that actually take advantage of the digital world, and the fact that they have all the knowledge known to mankind at their fingertips. Sadly the majority of kids, and adults alike, don’t take advantage of all it can offer, and instead spend the majority of their time on mindless websites and apps, but that’s neither here nor there. Marcel Everett, the young man behind it all, has described his music as being like “doing drugs on a freeway … underwater.” And I’d have to say that’s a pretty accurate assessment. This beautifully sampled song is just pure downtempo, chilled-out, distorted, reverb-laden, electronic, goodness. Its another tune that just gives me that sensation of weightlessness. I feel like I should be slowly floating through deep space, twirling through the dark, cold, lifeless expanses of eternity, while periodically passing through the colourful dusts and gases of nebulae. Just experiencing the surreal and exhilarating feeling of being surrounded by both immediate death and the beautiful building blocks of life. Also, the video is full of smangin’ babes smoking. It doesn’t get much better than that.

5. “Same Love (Feat. Mary Lambert)” - Macklemore & Ryan Lewis

Gay Rights is an issue that’s very near and dear to me. I mean, like Macklemore, I’m not gay personally, but there’s people that I’m very close to that suffer from the stigma and lack of equal rights that exists in this country and around the world. So it was great to see a Hip-Hop artist like Macklemore actually blatantly addressing the issue this past year in a beautifully constructed song. The song isn’t abrasive, and doesn’t try to fight hate with more hate, instead its just Macklemore spittin’ intelligently about real issues in a straightforward, confident, and heartfelt manner. It just boggles my mind that in the 21st century, so many first world, supposedly “progressive” countries still deny certain citizens one of their most basic rights, and basically legitimize treating them as second-class citizens. Lots of Right Wing Conservatives don’t personally support the issue because they don’t understand it, it seems strange to them, and it’s supposedly condemned in a book written 2,000 or so years ago. A book that was also written back when they thought the world was flat, had no concept of science or complex mathematics, weather patterns, the universe (this list could go on forever, I just want to show some perspective, of how our understanding of ourselves, life and the world in general has changed dramatically since then), a book which also claims that women should have no authority over man (1 Timothy 2:12), that you should kill all the men, women, and children of a culture (Ezekial 9:5, but pretty much the whole Old Testament), a book that condones slavery (Exodus 21:7), and a book where the central figure, Jesus, supposedly God in the flesh, who preached a message of acceptance, love, and compassion, never even mentions homosexuality (he does speak against divorced and remarried people [Mark 10:11-12], but somehow the church still accepts them). It’s only the Old Testament (written by blood-thirsty, materialistic, nomads), and men who came after Jesus, like Paul, (whose message contradicts Jesus’ style in many ways) that actually address the issue.

All that aside, even if you don’t personally think it’s right, or understand it, that doesn’t give you the right to deny other people their rights and freedoms. I hate onions, and I don’t understand why people like those abominations. I mean they make you cry man, that should be an omen in and of itself. Anyway, the point is, I wouldn’t want onion eating to be illegal just cause I don’t get it, and I don’t eat them myself, because I understand people are different, and people should have the freedom to eat onions. That’s a very trivial analogy, but it sort of shows how ludicrous the whole issue is. As an American in the “Land of the Free”, you should want every one of your fellow citizens to live a life where they’re free to be who they are. Right Wing Conservatives obviously value freedom. I mean just look at the way they freak the fuck out when their freedom to own weapons of war is encroached upon. They all of a sudden spew out all this drivel about their freedoms and Second Amendment rights, in favour of a freedom that more often then not, leads to death and destruction, but when it comes to a freedom that supports love, not violence, they greet such things with bigotry, hate, and belittling, unsubstantiated, narrow-minded comments. All of our citizens should be free to do what they want, as long as it doesn’t take away from the freedom or happiness of others. As an American that values what it means to pursue your dreams and live in a land free of oppression, you should stand up for all those who are still oppressed by our archaic laws. It just makes no sense, it’s a human rights issue, not a religious or moral issue. Even though it pisses me off that were still stuck in these backwards ways, it does bring me some solace to know that by the time my generation is older, whether you’re an Atheist, Agnostic, or someone of faith, this will basically be a non-issue, just because were all so much chiller then those people we like to call adults. Thank goodness. Anyway, props Macklemore, you’re the man. Keep it up brotha.

4. “Door” - Tearjerker

If you didn’t heed my advice earlier, and go check out all of Tearjerker’s EP, then you’re in luck. I’m a forgiving, and gracious lord, and I’ll give you infidels another chance to redress your sins, and rethink the way your life is currently headed. For those of you faithful, that followed the link and blessed your ears with some righteous tunes, this song is old news. You’ve seen the light, and now you’re living a life that’s been blessed by the presence of Tearjerker. This song is just more of their wonderful, chilled-out sound. The whole song just floats along, and emits the perfect vibes. The lead guitar in the song is like your spirit guide for the journey through the Land of Chill that your about to depart on. You start off just sort of skipping through some peaceful, green and flowered fields, then once you pass through into the enchanted forest your greeted by our friend the guitar, and he’s there to guide you for the rest of the journey, leading you through the most beautiful soundscapes you’ve ever heard, and the prettiest landscapes you’ve ever seen. Our buddy guitar is quite the guide, he shreds like no other, and he does it all while maintaining the perfect amount of chillness, layering his beauty seamlessly with the humidity of reverbed distortion that fills the air. Before you know it he’s leading you back out into reality, and the only thought in your head is “when can I come back?” Just press replay my friend, just press replay.

3. “Bitch, Don’t Kill My Vibe” - Kendrick Lamar

Oh boy, the top three songs. We’re getting down to the titans of this list. The three best songs that were produced in 365 days of time (that’s 8,760 hours, 525,600 minutes, and 31,536,000 seconds for those of you who were wondering). I mean, people thought the world was ending after 2012 brah, that means nothing was held back, every song an artist released could have very well been their last. What did you do last year? Well these artists made songs that will be immortalized on this list forever. Anyway, leading off this final sprint to number one is Los Angeles emcee Kendrick Lamar. Kendrick’s appeared on this list a couple times prior, whether it was on his own track, or he was featured on one, he’s torn it up, and this song is no different. Anybody who’s been following the other posts on this blog, knows that I’m all about the vibes, and apparently so is Kendrick. Vibes are what life is all about man. Everything in the physical world invokes a vibe in the essence of our being. A sort of bridge between the actual world and the metaphysical world, that allows feelings in our subconscious to bubble up into our conscious mind, and radiate out in an aura around us. The feeling is the vibe, and they’re being emitted by everything. Vibes can compound, and play off of each other for better or worse. There’s a whole vibe math waiting to be discovered, we just know nothing of it yet, cause we don’t have the instruments or mental capacity to understand it, but trust me, its there. That’s why this song is so damn good. Kendrick’s just chillin’ and enjoying life. He’s being who he wants to be, and doing what he loves. He may not be perfect, but he’s happy and comfortable with who is. His vibes are perfect. And then you just have success, society, and a range of other people, including fellow rappers, and especially beezies, that are all trying to ruin his vibe. Bad vibes are the worst, ain’t nobody got time for that, especially Kendrick when he’s just trying to stay true to himself. Throughout the whole song he just flows perfectly along over the chillest of beats, showing that even though these wankers are trying to mess with his vibe, they’ll have to try harder than that, cause he’s clearly not phased, and vibin’ out on this track. So go ahead, give this one a listen, and follow Kendrick’s lead, by letting the good vibes resonate throughout your body.

2. “Feels Like We Only Go Backwards” - Tame Impala

With this entry, Tame Impala has now had three songs within the top twenty-five tracks of this list, which is quite the feat. They used to write ballads about these sort of accomplishments back in the day. I, however, am only going to be writing around a paragraph about it. If one song on 2012’s “Lonerism” could be called infectious, it would be this jam. It’s incredibly hard to listen to this song and not get lost in it, and it’s almost impossible to hear it, and not catch yourself singing or humming the chorus hours later. Every part of this song just makes me want to float out of my body, and fly around somewhere sunny, where everybody is carefree and happy. It just invokes such a peaceful soundscape of psychedelic catchiness. The whole three minutes and twenty-one seconds are like a microcosm of everything that is good in the world. Which is ironic, seeing that it’s basically a song about the regression of a relationship, and the ever present, masochistic glimmer of hope you hold onto, even when you can clearly see the devolution taking place before your eyes. Its like being an optimist in the most hopeless situation possible. The juxtaposition of the depressing subject matter, and the happy, go-lucky music is great, cause it captures the feeling perfectly. It’s a complete mind fuck, but the most pleasant and enjoyable mind fuck you’ll ever experience. So sit back, embrace your inner Taoist, and enjoy the metaphysical journey your mind is about to depart on, as it struggles with the musical yin and yang of this jam. The video is also pretty great. It’ll definitely get those mental juices flowing.

1. “Catamaran” - Allah-Las

Ladies and Gentlemen, the moment you’ve all been waiting for is finally here. We have arrived at the number one song of 2012, and Allah-Las is the band that has the honour of holding the coveted title. They’re another local product from good ‘ol sunny Los Angeles, that makes groovin’, laid-back, Glo-fi, Rock and Roll gems (I swear I’m not a regionist, I can’t help it that Southern California produces some of the greatest artists known to mankind). The whole song just oozes the vibes of the California culture. I feel like every time I’m traveling, and people ask where I’m from, I should just play this song. No further explanation would be needed. Its literally impossible to hear this song and not immediately see sunny beaches, crashing waves, palm trees, babes, surfing, skating, and all the other things that compose this place I call home. I’m serious, they should do psychological tests based around this song and people’s subconscious imaginations. It would be the first step towards proving my vibe theory. Anyway, on top of having great vibes, and functioning as the soundtrack to California living, this song also sounds like it could have been made in the 70’s. Which if you’ve learned anything about me throughout this 100 song post, you should know that those are three of the things that really rock my socks and float my boat. It’s like rocking my socks, while I’m floating on a boat, it can’t be beat. The sound is so authentically vintage, while simultaneously staying relevant and fresh. The chill, Lo-fi groove of this song is something I could just get lost in forever, without even realizing I was ever lost in the first place. Anything that can do that, is either incredibly dangerous, or incredibly enjoyable, and in this case, I think its safe to say that it’s definitely the latter.

AUDACITY - "MELLOW CRUISERS"
