12. Tame Impala - “Let It Happen”

I promised you another Tame Impala track before this list was done and here it is. This song was by far the crown jewel of Currents. It’s a pure marathon of chilled to the max groove fever, and has played its fair share in inspiring countless dance parties within my own life (so I can only imagine how many dance parties it has inspired worldwide). It’s immaculate as far as dance tracks go, with just the right amount of repetition and flavor, plodding along yet never staying in one place. So grab your vice of choice, imbibe heavily in it, and let your body flow.
