49. King B - “Blind”

So here is yet another song that seems to have disappeared from the wilderness of the Internet sometime between now and 2015. I’m not sure why, but this seems to be happening more and more these days. We’ve got a real epidemic on our hands folks. The Internet is becoming a cruel harsh place for the little guy, snuffed out by bands of well-armed and bloodthirsty brigands. It’s a shame, because it used to be such a nice and peaceful place. One of the only places where freedom actually existed in concept and actuality rather than name and theory. It’s somehow fitting though for this track, a track which sounded like a frail cry for acceptance and belonging caught amidst the hollowness of a world which wanted nothing to do with it. It was a beautiful song, and it will be dearly missed. Luckily I already downloaded it (so at least I’ve got that going for me), but may this function as a lesson for me not to wait almost two years before releasing my next list.
